Returning your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You may cancel your purchase of products within 14 days without giving a reason. This period begins on the day after you receive the product.

During this period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all included items and in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do this using a standard form available on our website. After returning this form to us, you must also return the product within 5 days. You must be able to prove that you returned it on time, for example, with proof of shipment.

If, after the periods mentioned above in this article, you have not indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and/or have not returned the product within the stated period, the purchase is final.

If you return something, you must pay the shipping costs yourself.

If you have paid for something and you return it, we will refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

We only do this if we have received the product or if you have good proof that you have returned it.

You cannot cancel if the 14-day right of withdrawal period has expired.

You also can't cancel if the product you purchased is damaged within 14 days of delivery. You could, for example, make an unpacking video to demonstrate definitively that the problem already existed.
