Order &  delivery

 

Once you've ordered and paid for one or more products, you'll almost always receive them within 3 business days. Upon order confirmation, you'll receive an email with the track & trace code so you can track your order as it's delivered by the carrier. If you have any questions, or if the carrier indicates you've received the package but hasn't, please send us an email.

 

We do our best to process orders correctly and quickly.

 

We deliver to the address you provided.

 

If you have ordered something, we will deliver it as soon as possible, but no later than within 15 days.

 

If this is not possible, we will let you know within 15 days. Then you can

Cancel free of charge and you will get your money back.

 

We are responsible for any damage or loss of the products until they are delivered to you or a person designated by you.
